I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order and get my money back?

We do not issue refunds once the order is processed or shipped. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money!

Can I return an item for a full refund?

We do not accept returns unless there are defects with the products upon receipt. Please inform us within 10 days of receiving the item. We are more than happy to help find a resolution for the issue!

Can I exchange an item for a different size, color or variant?

We do not accept exchanges. All of our products have the sizes, colors and variants displayed on the portal at the time of shopping. Please ensure to go through them very carefully at the time of making the purchase. If for some reason at the time of purchase if you had wrongly selected a wrong model or size, then let us know within 12 hours. If your order is not processed within this time, then we can consider your request.
